The position offers 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer menu alternatives for allergies, preferences, or restrictions.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to patient selections; retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HIPAA policies and facility confidentiality; comply with regulatory standards.
• Observe HACCP guidelines when handling food and maintaining workstations.
• Assist dietitians as needed and communicate concerns to appropriate staff.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by Morrison Healthcare policies.
