The role requires standing, walking and occasional lifting, with 12-hour shifts. You will work under the Patient Services Manager, contributing to a team dedicated to patient nutrition and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication with patients and staff.
• Ability to read and follow physician diet orders precisely.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily menu selections.
• Prepare, assemble and deliver patient meal trays and snacks.
• Calculate modified diets and calories per physician orders.
• Stock nursing unit pantries with patient food.
• Perform kitchen sanitation and temperature log duties.
• Operate systems to generate patient diet orders and process snacks.
