Job summary

Culinary Services Group (CSG) is hiring immediately for full-time Patient Dining Associate positions in the United States. You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and support the caregiving team to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Essential duties include coordinating with nursing, accommodating dietary restrictions, managing tray tickets, and maintaining HIPAA and HACCP compliance. Prior dietary aide experience is required, with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 100 pounds and push carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, cultural or religious preferences.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays on time.
• Follow HACCP, safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Assist dietitians with monitoring patients on special diets.
• Report issues to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports per policies.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
