Qualifications

• An associate degree with at least one year of foodservice or related field experience, or a bachelor’s degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily patient dining services, ensuring meals meet dietary needs and medical direction.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team focused on accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Partner with clinical and hospital teams to deliver a coordinated patient dining experience.
• Ensure special and modified diets follow prescribed diet orders.
• Set service goals, monitor performance, and turn feedback into improvements.
• Maintain compliance with foodservice regulations, HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights.
