Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Patient Services Manager Floater for the Orlando area. You will lead daily patient dining, ensuring meals meet dietary needs and medical directions, while hiring and coaching a service-focused team.

Collaborate with clinical teams to deliver coordinated patient dining, ensure diet orders are followed, and drive patient satisfaction through ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in foodservice related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in management/foodservice recommended.
• Credentials such as CDM/RDN/RD preferred; ServSafe desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily patient dining services, ensuring meals meet dietary needs and medical direction.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team focused on accuracy, service, and patient satisfaction.
• Partner with clinical and hospital teams to deliver a coordinated patient dining experience.
• Ensure special and modified diets follow prescribed diet orders.
• Set service goals, monitor performance, and translate patient feedback into improvements.
• Maintain compliance with foodservice regulations, HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights requirements.
• Contribute to patient satisfaction initiatives and hospital quality improvement programs.
