You will hire, train, coach, and develop a team focused on accuracy, service, and patient satisfaction, partnering with clinical and hospital teams for a coordinated dining experience.

This role requires an associate degree or higher, comprises a salary of $70,000–$90,000 with a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1+ year in foodservice or related field, or bachelor's in related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
• Experience in foodservice management preferred; acute care a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.
• CDM/RD/DTR credentials preferred; ServSafe desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily patient dining services ensuring meals meet dietary needs and medical direction.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team focused on accuracy, service, and patient satisfaction.
• Partner with clinical and hospital teams for a coordinated patient dining experience.
• Ensure special and modified diets follow prescribed diet orders.
• Set service goals, monitor performance, and act on patient feedback.
• Maintain compliance with foodservice regulations, HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights.
• Participate in patient satisfaction initiatives and hospital quality improvement programs.
