Sodexo seeks an experienced Food Operations Manager 2 to lead daily hospital dining operations at ChristianaCare Wilmington Hospital in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will drive service quality, safety, and financial results while leading a high-performing team.

Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent experience and 2–3 years of management experience in high-volume food service. M-F, 10:30am–7:30pm, with every other weekend schedule is expected.
