Job summary

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification and food safety knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of patient meal services across care units.
• Supervise frontline staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Establish and communicate operating standards; drive quality improvements.
• Perform audits and generate operational reports.
• Schedule, train and develop frontline teams and supervisors.
• Coordinate department safety and sanitation with hospital protocols.
• Engage staff to foster an inclusive culture and teamwork.
• Routinely round with patients and nurses to improve satisfaction.
