Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ seeks an experienced Patient Services Manager to join our team at Houston Methodist West Hospital in Houston, Texas. This role supports the Patient Services Operation in the Food & Nutrition Department, developing and executing dining solutions to meet patient and customer needs.

The successful candidate will lead patient service staff, ensure meals are prepared and delivered to patients, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while aligning with government nutrition

Qualifications

• Requires at least two years of patient food service experience and some management experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages patient food service activities and ensures compliance with standards.
• Leads patient service staff to ensure meals are properly prepared and delivered.
• Oversees rounds with patients and hospital departments.
• Maintains records and monitors safety and sanitation compliance.
• Supervises tray line operations and the room service program.
