Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee day-to-day retail dining operations at Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital in Cypress, Texas. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, food safety, merchandising, and financial performance in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will lead a small team, coach staff, ensure compliance with safety standards, manage customer service, and drive margins via cost controls and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Requires 2-3 years of food service, retail, hospitality, or healthcare leadership experience.
• Requires 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing retail operations, catering services, or multiple food service outlets preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of daily retail dining operations.
