Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service, menu selections, tray assembly and delivery.
• Oversee Dining on Call staff and training.
• Ensure diets/allergies preferences are followed according to prescribed orders.
• Monitor tray completion and delivery processes daily.
• Address patient concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
