Qualifications

• Aptitude for operating hospital ADT and other computer-based patient care systems.
• Occasionally able to lift and move up to 100 pounds and push carts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Patient Dining Program service objectives and staff performance.
• Supervises Patient Dining Associates to assist patients with menu selections and tray delivery.
• Collaborates with care teams to accommodate dietary needs and preferences.
• Monitors daily meal selection, tray completion, and delivery/ retrieval processes.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and follows safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Completes daily/weekly/monthly reports and leads start-of-shift meetings.
