Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating patient meal service, including menu selections, tray assembly, delivery and pickup, and special requests.
Oversees and ensures staff are adequately trained and properly staffed to provide service.
Works with Nutrition Operators to accommodate dietary restrictions and patient preferences.
Monitors tray delivery, completion, and retrieval processes daily.
Responds promptly to patient needs and resolves concerns or reports issues to supervisor.
Ensures compliance with dietary restrictions and food safety guidelines.
Develops and implements action plans within Dining on Call service and communicates changes to staff.
