The position requires 25 hours per week with shifts from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Applicants should have basic computer and communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Pay range is $18.85–$28.30 per hour, with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• 6 months in customer service or office support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble patient trays accurately per menu selections and diet orders.
• Deliver meal carts and trays to nursing units within timeframes; verify diet and meal accuracy.
• Assist patients with opening containers and meals; maintain professional image and courtesy.
• Move nourishments and floor stock to assigned units; respond to patient requests promptly.
• Document temperatures of foods and track tray delivery times per procedures.
• Participate in training, huddles, and CQI activities to improve patient dining experience.
