Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring for patient server roles at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN. Positions include full-time and part-time shifts, 1:00 pm to 7:30 pm, with weekends and holidays required. Prior customer service and food service experience are required.

• Experience in patient food service and handling dietary requirements.
• Able to communicate clearly with patients and staff.
• Capacity to follow dietary orders and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick-up, special requests and needs, and in-between meal food delivery.
• Exhibits a friendly, caring attitude to patients when taking menu selections and delivering trays.
• Takes patients menu selections prior to each meal and ensures dietary restrictions are met.
