Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time role supporting the Catering to You program at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN. The shift is 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Prior food service and customer service experience is required.

Qualifications

• Prior food service and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems to ensure Catering to You objectives are achieved.
• Provides dietary accommodations per prescribed diet considering allergies, culture, and religious preferences.
• Interacts with nursing to evaluate patient meal selections, tray delivery and retrieval.
• Resolves patient concerns promptly and reports to supervisor as appropriate.
• Follows HIPAA, regulatory standards, HACCP, and completes required documentation and logs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
