Compass Group USA’s TouchPoint unit is hiring a Catering to You Supervisor for Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN. The full-time role runs 12:30pm–8:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays.

Coordinate patient meal service, supervise staff, and ensure dietary substitutions while maintaining HIPAA and HACCP standards. The position emphasizes hospitality, quality, and healing through attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to meet the Catering to You service objectives.
• Ensures menu alternatives per diet, allergies, and cultural preferences.
• Interacts with nursing to evaluate patient meal selections and deliveries.
• Resolves patient concerns immediately and reports to supervisor as appropriate.
• Follows HIPAA confidentiality policies and patient rights.
• Complies with HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Completes required documentation and logs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
