Touchpoint is hiring for a full-time Catering Supervisor to coordinate the Catering to You program at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford, Murfreesboro, TN. The role requires managing patient meal service, staffing, and ensuring dietary needs and patient preferences are met.

Expect a 12:30 pm–8:30 pm shift with weekends/holidays rotating and opportunities to impact patient care. Strong prior food service and customer service experience are required.

• Prior food service experience required.
• Prior customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering service systems to meet objectives.
• Supervise catering associates.
• Ensure diet modifications per allergies and preferences.
• Coordinate daily patient meal selections and tray delivery.
• Address patient concerns promptly and report issues as needed.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality and patient rights policies.
