Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer service focused position is required.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality, order accuracy and timely delivery of patient trays.
• Provide basic Diet education materials and explain room service menu/ordering process.
• Complete floor stock and any dietary related needs for the assigned unit.
• Maintain high level of communication with patients, visitors and hospital staff.
