Job summary

Responsibilities include documenting food preferences and allergies, handling meal orders by phone, and ensuring timely meal service while adhering to dietary restrictions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• One year customer service related experience.
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assembles patient meal trays based on menu selections and dietary restrictions.
• Collaborates with nursing units to enhance the patient experience.
• Assists with patient/guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Resolves and reports service quality issues as appropriate.
• Ensures timely completion of the patient meal process.
• Receives and responds to phone calls regarding meal orders.
• Maintains and documents food preferences, diet orders and allergies.
