Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year experience in hospitality industry or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepares, expedite, validates and delivers patient meals, nourishments, and trayline items meeting patient and department standards.
• Assists patients with menu selection/ordering as needed.
• Communicates patients' special meal requests to the diet office and ensures timely delivery of trays.
• Distributes patient meals trays and verifies accuracy at point of service.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards during communications and service.
