Job summary

Grant Medical Center, part of OhioHealth, is hiring a Patient Dining Associate to support patient meal services. You will help patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver trays, and assist in maintaining a clean, efficient dining area on the unit.

Responsibilities include coordinating with dietitians and nursing staff, recording meal preferences, and ensuring meals reach patients safely and on time. 40-hour weekly shift, day shift.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Experience in food service or patient meal support is a plus.
• Strong communication with patients and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Take patient meal orders and assemble meals.
• Deliver and pick up patient trays.
• Communicate with dietitians, nursing staff and OhioHealth associates.
• Clean and stock work stations and kitchen areas.
• Use department software to enter preferences and prepare reports.
• Ensure meals are delivered on time and at correct temperatures.
