Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital in Canton, OH is seeking a Patient Dining Associate to provide direct meal service to patients and visitors, supporting a healing environment with nutritious food and quality service.

Evening shifts 12:00 PM–8:30 PM or 1:00 PM–9:30 PM with rotating weekends and holidays; duties include food prep, tray assembly, meal delivery, inventory, and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Ohio Food Safety certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, loading, heating, tray assembly and sanitation.
• Provide food service delivery of menus and trays to patients and visitors.
• Maintain inventory to ensure the work area is stocked with adequate and acceptable food and supplies.
• Ensure quality in patient and visitor meal service by visiting patients after every meal delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and responding to concerns.
