Job summary

OhioHealth Nutrition Services is seeking a part-time dietary aide to support patient meals and nourishment delivery. You will collaborate with dietitians, nursing staff, and associates to ensure accurate diet orders, timely tray delivery, and patient satisfaction.

The role includes stocking, data entry in department software, and assisting across shifts as needed. Schedule is 24 hours per week with a variable shift; high reliability and safety focus is emphasized.

Qualifications

• No Degree or Diploma required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient meal orders; assemble, distribute and retrieve trays and meals.
• Interact professionally with patients, visitors and associates to meet service standards.
• Clean and stock work stations, pods and kitchen areas as assigned.
• Use department software to enter preferences, print reports, and process diet order changes.
• Prepare and deliver nourishments, floor stocks, and record temperatures of unit refrigerators; assist other areas as needed.
