Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) in Jackson, MS. Full-time schedule from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, with rotating weekends. Prior customer service experience is required, and wage ranges from $13.50 to $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for patients with allergies, sensitivities, or dietary preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals accurately and promptly; retrieve trays from patient rooms on schedule.
