Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at CHRISTUS Osph in Lake Charles, LA. You will help patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

No prior experience required. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, basic computer skills, and a commitment to high standards of sanitation and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide tray assembly, delivery and pickup on assigned units.
• Assist patients with menu selections and nutritional requirements.
• Ensure meals are served at the correct time and temperature.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians and kitchen staff.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
