Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full-time Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) at Ochsner LSU, Monroe, LA. This 12-hour shift role requires no prior experience and offers on-the-job training.

As a member of the caregiving team, you’ll help patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure meals meet nutritional guidelines. You’ll work within HIPAA, HACCP, and safety standards to support patient satisfaction and quality service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Assemble and deliver meals and retrieve trays on time and accurately.
• Comply with HIPAA, HACCP, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Support dietitians and the care team in patient meal management.
