Qualifications

• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing for dietary needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team on menu alternatives for allergies or restrictions.
• Assemble meals according to patient choices and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HACCP guidelines, sanitation and HIPAA procedures.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on various diets.
