Qualifications

• Basic math skills for tray sums and measurements.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional needs.
• Assemble and deliver meal trays accurately and on time.
• Maintain HACCP and infection control standards in food handling areas.
• Support dietitians and care teams in monitoring patient meals and dietary requirements.
• Complete required reports and uphold HIPAA policies.
