Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist patients with menu choices, ensuring dietary restrictions are met.
2. Coordinate with caregivers and culinary staff on menu options, allergies, and preferences.
3. Manage tray tickets, assemble meals, and deliver trays timely and accurately.
4. Comply with regulatory standards and confidentiality policies.
5. Follow HACCP guidelines and infection control policies.
6. Support dietitians in monitoring special diets.
7. Communicate patient concerns promptly.
8. Complete required reports and adhere to sanitation regulations.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food carts.
