• Immediate openings for full-time and part-time PATIENT DINING ASSOCIATE (DIETARY AIDE) positions.
• Location: Henry Ford Health Providence, 47601 Grand River Avenue, Novi, MI 48374. Note: Online applications only.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm, rotating weekends. Additional details provided during interview.
• Requirements: No prior experience necessary; training provided.
• Pay Range: $15.00 to $15.25 per hour.

Job Summary

As a Patient Dining Associate, you will assist with meal service, help patients with menu selections, and ensure meals are delivered accurately and on time, contributing to patient safety and satisfaction.

Essential Duties

• Assist patients with menu choices and coordinate with nursing for dietary needs.
• Manage tray assembly and delivery according to patient orders.
• Follow all health, safety, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and HACCP guidelines.
• Support patients with special dietary needs and communicate concerns promptly.
• Complete required reports and maintain sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and maneuver food carts.
