Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) at Gadsden Regional Medical Center in Gadsden, AL 35903.

Schedule: 6:15 am–6:45 pm, 3½ days per week with rotating weekends; pay range is $12.50–$14.00 per hour; previous related experience preferred, willing to train. You will help patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and support safety and nutrition goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing on dietary requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, cultural and religious preferences.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays according to patient selections.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP and infection control policies.
• Deliver meals and complete required reports on schedule.
