Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Baptist Health South in Montgomery, AL. This role assists patients with menu selections and meal delivery, contributing to patient safety and satisfaction. Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift per week with rotating weekends.

Two years of healthcare experience are preferred, and training is offered. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Assemble and deliver meals, retrieve trays, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, sanitation, and infection control policies.
