The role involves assisting patients with menu selections, assembling and delivering meals, and ensuring meals meet nutritional needs with accuracy and timeliness.

The position requires 12-hour on-call shifts with rotating weekends; we offer full- and part-time opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to suggest menu alternatives for allergies and cultural preferences.
• Assemble meals based on each patient’s selections and retrieve trays on time.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and HIPAA policies; ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
