Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure dietary compliance.
• Assemble meals and deliver/pick up trays on time and accurately.
• Follow HACCP, HIPAA, and sanitation policies and assist dietitians as needed.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
