Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu options for allergies and dietary preferences.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on time.
• Follow HACCP, HIPAA, and safety guidelines.
• Support dietitians and monitor patients on special diets.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly reports.
