Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Bradley Medical Center Hospital in Cleveland, TN. The role is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some weekend work; wage is $15.00 per hour with training offered.

Prior related experience is preferred and employees help nourish patients while ensuring safety and accuracy of meals. The team collaborates with nursing and culinary staff to meet individual dietary needs and preferences, while upholding HIPAA, HACCP,

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.
• Previous related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in understanding menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu options for allergies, sensitivities, and cultural/religious preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Comply with HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights policies; follow HACCP guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
• Assist dietitians in monitoring patients on restricted diets or special calorie counts.
• Communicate problems or concerns to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Complete required daily/weekly/monthly reports as per Morrison Healthcare policies.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations; support infection control procedures.
