Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Food and Nutrition Services team member in Kenosha, WI. The role focuses on providing accurate menu service to patients, coordinating with nursing staff, and updating patient dietary orders using CBORD and Kardex systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and accuracy of department operations by providing selective menu service to patients.
• Assist patients and families with menu selections and communicate with Nursing and staff for prompt service.
• Update CBORD and Kardex with patient data and dietary orders; manage tube-feeding, supplements, and allergies.
• Follow physician diet orders for all patients and maintain accurate patient files in CBORD and Kardex.
• Attend mandatory inservices and meetings to support department goals.
