BSG Maintenance Inc. is seeking a Culinary Services Aide to join our healthcare dietary team in Kenosha, WI. The role involves cleaning, dishwashing, meal service, and assisting the cook to prepare nutritious, appetizing meals while adhering to the latest Federal Food Code guidelines.

You will work with the Culinary Services Lead/Manager and help maintain patient/resident dining rooms and trays. Ideal candidates are passionate about food, detail-oriented, well-groomed, friendly, and a team

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to stand 90% of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass TB test and healthcare background check.
• Ability to take and achieve ServSafe Foodhandler Certificate

Responsabilités

• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA rights.
• Cleans, washes dishes, sanitizes surfaces and cleans work areas.
• Assists with meal preparation and serving residents.
• Records temperatures of drinks, desserts, and dish machine.
• Assists CNA's in serving meals and setting up dining rooms.
• Follows Culinary Services procedures and dress code.
