Responsibilities

• Assemble patient and mobile meal trays according to diet guidelines and portions.
• Deliver patient meal trays to rooms per procedures; operate cafeteria cash register as needed.
• Assist with catering events and daily specials; prepare and present foods.
• Prepare snacks, beverages, sandwiches and other patient food items per recipes and guidelines.
• Stock and replenish supplies in retail and kitchen areas; maintain cleanliness and presentation.
