• Accurate data entry and patient record maintenance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive physician orders and verify patient information.
• Schedule patients for treatments or diagnostics using scheduling systems.
• Enter and update patient data, maintain records, and generate reports.
• Distribute educational materials to patients and families when needed.
• Provide administrative support to the unit as required.
