Rankin Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Part-time Patient Coordinator at our Shepherdstown clinic. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring outstanding service as you coordinate appointments, verify insurance, and support front desk operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare administration education is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare/medical office.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficient in using office software and EHR systems.

Responsibilities
