Salary: $16 - $18 / hour

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Support patients by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and collecting payments
  • Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
