Salary: $15 - $18 per hour

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, you will perform front office duties to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You will participate in a four-week training program to prepare for your role.

  • Provide compassionate, superior patient service in accordance with policies, regulations, and standards
  • Support patients by scheduling appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and collecting payments
  • Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
