How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Support patients by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail-oriented
