Kids Care Dental And Orthodontics in Northern California is seeking a friendly Patient Coordinator to join our high-energy team. You will manage the front desk, greet families, and guide patients through check-in, scheduling, and billing with a smile.

You will handle phones, present treatment plans and payment options, maintain patient records, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering the fun, caring experience that defines our practice for every patient.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental front office or similar role preferred.
• Ability to answer phones politely and manage front desk duties.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, patient-focused approach.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy regulations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Open and close front office workflows when required.
• Answer phones and greet patients warmly.
