Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Basic computer skills including dental software, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-first mindset.
• Bonus: Texas Medicaid experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Scheduling appointments and helping keep the daily schedule running smoothly.
• Answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service.
• Explaining treatment plans and discussing financial options with confidence and compassion.
• Verifying insurance benefits and preparing insurance claims.
• Assisting patients with payment arrangements and account questions.
• Supporting communication between patients, doctors, and team members.
• Helping achieve daily office goals while contributing to a positive team environment.
• Assisting with community outreach and marketing initiatives as needed.

What You'll Do:

As one of the first people our patients and families interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
