Denver Springs is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare network. The Staffing Coordinator will manage nursing schedules, coordinate coverage for call-offs, and ensure payroll accuracy. This role supports the DON in administrative tasks and contributes to delivering high-quality patient care.

The position is part-time, night shifts, in Englewood, CO, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and timely communication to sustain safe staffing levels.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in scheduling/staffing is required.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and manages staffing schedules for the nursing department.
• Acts as central contact for schedule changes and communications.
• Contacts staff to provide coverage for call-offs.
• Works with payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment.
• Collaborates with the Director of Nursing in administrative tasks.

How you'll contribute

A Staffing Coordinator who excels in this role:

Prepares and manages the staffing schedule for the nursing department. Serves as a central contact for communication of schedule changes and other pertinent information regarding the nursing staff. Contacts staff to provide coverage for staff call offs. Works with payroll to ensure that employees of the nursing department are paid appropriately and timely. Work with DON in an administrative role.

What we’re looking for

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in scheduling/staffing experience required
• Valid Driver's License preferred
• May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
