Job summary

Denver Springs in Englewood, CO is hiring a Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) for full-time day shifts. The role offers a salary range of $20.89–$25.80 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for well-qualified applicants.

As part of Lifepoint Health, you will support the therapeutic milieu under RN supervision, ensuring safety, scheduling delivery, and respectful treatment of patients and guests. Your experience in psychiatric settings is valued here.

Qualifications

• CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting preferred.
• Previous experience in a psychiatric health-care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN, ensuring schedule delivery, patient supervision, safety, and dignity.
• Contribute to a respectful, caring environment and uphold patient-centered care throughout shifts.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Previous experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred.
• 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
