Job summary

Denver Springs is seeking a Therapist to join our team in Colorado. The role focuses on assessing psychosocial needs, developing treatment plans with healthcare teams, and providing counseling and support to patients and families dealing with mental health challenges.

Applicants must have a Master's in Social Work, and hold LMSW or LCSW licensure. BLS required within 30 days; ACLS/PALS within six months. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a 24-month commitment.

A Therapist who excels in this role:

Lived experience serving, working with, or belonging to the target population is required. Candidates may include military veterans, former law enforcement professionals, or individuals with extensive knowledge of the population and demonstrated cultural competence. Veteran status is not required

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current state LMSW, LCSW license and possess a Master's degree from an accredited school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred

Rate Range: $32.19-$43.46 Hourly
